In ‘Rocky Mountain Cowboy Christmas’ we meet Steve Springfield. Steve has just moved back to his hometown with his four kids. After his wife died years ago, he wanted to give his kids a safe haven and found himself back at his families ranch. What he didn’t expect was seeing Camille Brandt again. Camille is the town’s artist/ hermit. Camille lives a quiet life and tries to interact with as little people as possible. When she comes face to face with Steve Springfield after haven’t seen him for years she is frustrated to find herself in awe of him as much as when she was a teen. But soon she just can’t stay away from him and his adorable kids. But there is danger lurking..

I love a good Cowboy story, and I love Christmas. So a Cowboy Christmas story is always a good thing for me. And thankfully ‘Rocky Mountain Cowboy Christmas’ is definitely a nice read if you ask me. From the very beginning I loved the two main characters Steve and Camille. Camille is this awkward artist who doesn’t really know how to interact with people. Which made her interactions with others a lot of fun to read about. Especially when she talked with Steve. She became all nervous and started rattling which is something I can definitely do too.

Steve was this handsome but most of all kind guy and an incredible dad. I loved reading how he was with his children. But what I loved most of all about this read was the romance between Steve and Camille. It wasn’t perfect, it took some time and they were both kind of shy which made it take them extra long to get to that first kiss.. And I loved that about this book.

And those four kids of Steve? They were really fun to read about. They all had this special thing about them. And they seemed way to smart for their age.. but I just loved them. And reading about them made me laugh a lot.
Although this story took place around Christmas time, it wasn’t all about Christmas which fitted the book and I enjoyed. It wasn’t this too perfect Christmas read, but just Christmassy enough.

The ending of this book wasn’t really what I expected and hoped for to be honest. I even found it a little too ‘rushed’. Like this book only was allowed to be another 50 pages long and no more. And I didn’t get the whole part about the fires. Especially when I found out who did it. But since the beginning and the romance of this book where so good, I still think this was a great read.

What a great time to read a book about a beautiful family members. No fbombs no wishing for cleaner and more about a true story of what happens when you have a chance to see great authors can do what a great read for me
Five stars---this has truly been an amazing series to read---I have thoroughly enjoyed each book!!! The intrigue & romance were great in each book---these are clean reading books---thank you Katie Ruggle!!! Highly recommended series for everyone!!!
This was different type of book then Katie Ruggle usually writes but it was every bit as good. I really enjoyed the entire family affair and hope to read many, many more books about this group of characters. I need to see what they all are up to and where the end up.
So happy that Steve finally got his own book. Steve has returned home to his hometown to raise his kids. He answers a call and ends up rescuing Camille. She is quiet and shy but has had a crush in Steve since high school. Circumstances toss Camille and Steve together and great things start happening.
I liked the heroine as a metal sculpture artist and the hero as a firefighter. Loved the Christmas tree farm setting. Did not like the hero's brother as a disturbed individual.
I absolutely adore Katie Ruggle. It's not often that I'm torn between not being able to put a book down and wanting to read it slower to make it last longer. However, every single book I read by her I find myself in that situation. Do I read fast so I can find out what happens? Or do I slow down to savor each part of the book? Just as all the ones before, I loved this book! Cannot wait for the next!
A Super Cool Dad and His Kids Get A Wonderful Christmas Surprise. Who would have thought that eccentric artist Camille Brandt, with all her quirks and phobias, would’ve been just what Steve Springfield and his family needed. I have enjoyed every book I have read by this author, but this story is just so special. Steve and Camille are so different but so right for each other, and Steve’s four kids are amazing. The bad guy is a surprise...but makes sense. I am so glad I read this book.
